Good morning habits that keep you  fresh throughout the day


Today I will talk about what are the good morning habits that keep you  fresh throughout the day. Morning is the time that lays the foundation for our whole day. If our morning is good, then our whole day is good.
But in this run-of-the-mill life, we make our morning hours so busy that we are unable to do all our tasks well and create a bit of tension in our mind.
In the morning especially women have to prepare Tiffin for her husband and for her children. Some sisters even go outside the house for some work or job. The morning time is even more full for them.
Many times women unable to do her morning breakfast well and goes away like this. But there are some habits that if we adopt them, we can lighten our busy lives.

Let's know which that habits-are

Light dinner at night

Eat a light, healthy, small dinner every night and see how easily you fall asleep. You'll wake up happy, fresh and full of life the next day, If we sleep with light food at night, then our sleep opens early and we can do all our morning-morning tasks well without lethargy.

Meditating on God -

First of all, we remember God as soon as we wake up in the morning. Because God creates us we have not to forget him anyhow. Pray to god in a silent, from which you do your all days work happly

Keeping distance from mobile
It is our habit that we see mobile first as soon as we wake up in the morning. Whose message has come, who has written what? This spoils a lot of our time. But if we stay away from mobile for a while, then we can handle all our tasks well.

Drinking water-


If we drink one or two glasses of water in the morning, it is good for our health.  Drinking water helps us to maintain the balance of body fluids. Your body is composed of about 60% water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature.




To exercise

If we exercise for a while in the morning, then we remain fit all day. Exercising, in general, can help you burn fat. But, little did you know that morning exercises are much more effective in burning calories and excess fat. The reason is that the fat oxidation is found to occur naturally when the workout is done before breakfast.

Positive thinking-
If we decide in the morning that whatever we think today, we will think positively. If we do not get angry with anyone, then our whole day goes well.

Students remember well if they study in the morning.

Breakfast-
If we do good breakfast in the morning, then our whole day goes well.
Writing a diary
If we write down all the tasks that we have to do throughout the day, then we remember all the work of our day and we are able to spend our whole day well.

In this way if we are happy then only we can keep others happy too.
